How long does it take for orders to be shipped?
Orders will usually be processed with 48 hours and dispatched shortly after. It can then take up to 10 business days from the order date to arrive.
Depending on your location around the world, the closest manufacturer, printer and distribution centre may be used to help minimise delivery costs and timeframes.
How is the shipping cost calculated for domestic orders?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight on products and your location. The heavy the item, or combined items you purchase the more delivery will cost. You may calculate your estimated shipping fee on the checkout page at any time to determine how much to expexct the delivery fee to be.
There is also the option of Standard or Express shipping depending on how quickly you would like to recieve your package. Furthermore, if you are in Australia, you may also opt for the local pickup option which enables you to pickup from the next local market stall I hold (subject to availability).
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes, all parcels will be issued a tracking number through Australia Post/Sendle.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. The cost of shipping is determined when you go through the cart and checkout pages of the website. You can calculate an estimate of your shipping fee based on your location on the cart page.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived or there’s an issue with shipping?
Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or if there’s an issue with a shipment. We will assist in resolving the issue.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or amend your order by contacting us as soon as possible. Cancellations or changes are only possible before the order has been processed. If the order has already been processed it has gone to production for printing we cannot make changes or cancel it.
Can I return or exchange products?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they have been opened or used.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately with relevant photos if your order arrives damaged or defective, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Are custom mugs dishwasher or microwave-safe?
Yes, our custom mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe.
